What if I need a refund? Our company policy states: We offer rain checks.
As a small, family-owned business, every service we provide involves careful preparation, scheduling, and upfront costs. Unfortunately, our payment processor (Square) does not refund transaction fees, which makes full refunds challenging. Because of this, we offer rain checks instead of refunds.
We’re always happy to reschedule at your convenience, and we truly understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs. If you’re facing a unique situation and need to discuss options, please don’t hesitate to call us—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

We are insured, contact us if you need our COI.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and debit or credit cards (3% fee applied) and Venmo, Cash App.
How long are your rentals for?
Our rentals are custom to fit your party needs. We drop off in the morning before 12 and pick up the following day unless it is a same day pick up. If your party starts before 12, please specify during the reservation. Weekend and early drop packages are available upon request. Please call us for questions or more information.
What is your rain policy?
If the weather is calling for rain that day, we will keep in touch with you through the number your provided. Isolated thunderstorms are not a problem but if it is calling for 80 to 100% chance for all day rain, we will cancel the reservation. We do not offer refunds once the unit is delivered and set up.
Do you offer multiple day rentals or entire weekend rentals?
We do offer multiple day rentals and weekend rentals. Please call us for more information 864-508-6620. Weekend rentals will be dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver for free up to 25 miles of our location (Easley, SC). Please contact us at 864-508-6620 or zooligansbouncer@gmail.com to check delivery fee of the address. We currently do not deliver over 25 miles from our location. Locations we do not deliver to are Abbeville, Greenwood, Spartanburg, Greer, Laurens, parts of Travelers Rest, parts of Anderson, and parts of Oconee.
Do you offer discounts on multiple units?
We only offer discounts on orders over $2000. We do offer weekend rental packages. Please call with questions.
Damage to the unit and who is liable?
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us IMMEDIATELY so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, silly string, or moving the unit) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
