Do you charge a deposit and what is your cancellation policy?
We currently do not charge a deposit for rentals but we do ask that you please let us know as soon as possible for cancellations.

We accept cash, checks, and debit or credit cards.
How long are your rentals for?
Our rentals are custom to fit your party needs. We drop off in the morning and pick up the following day unless it is a same day pick up. We do offer Sunday rentals but all Sunday rentals are same day pick up. Same day pick up we deliver between 8-12 AM and pick up from 6-8 PM. Please call us for questions or more information.
What is your rain policy?
Due to recent inclement weather our policies have changed. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if bad storms or inclement weather conditions arise. The most important thing is the safety of your children.
Do you offer multiple day rentals or entire weekend rentals?

How clean are your inflatables?
We clean and sanitize our inflatables after each rental. When your reservation arrives it will be ready to set up and begin play immediately!
